Striking quality gaps
"Just because they're red doesn't mean they taste good" is how Saldo sums up the results of his investigation. An independent laboratory analyzed twelve trays of cherry tomatoes sold in supermarkets to compare their aromatic richness, color, and pesticide residue levels.
The verdict is clear: many tomatoes have a beautiful color, but little flavor. Half contain pesticide residue. And the most expensive ones aren't necessarily the best.
The taste of our tomatoes makes the difference
Our cherry tomatoes come out on top with a score of 5.3 out of 6, beating the second-place finisher by half a point. Their secret? Exceptional aromatic richness (5.7/6) and zero pesticide residue.
This success is a testament to the work of meticulous selection, timely harvesting, and expert cultivation techniques. An uncompromising commitment to a tomato that delivers on its promises and delights with every bite.
